Arizona Brewery Tours Private Tour Terms & Conditions 2017

Because we reserve buses for you and turn away other customers once you've made a booking, our cancellation policy and reschedule policy is as follows:

Any cancellations or reschedule requests must be made in writing to FUN@AZBREW.COM.

You may request to reschedule your reservation, based on the availability of a tour of similar or lesser value, if the request is made more than 14 days prior to the date of the original reservation. You will have ONE opportunity to request a rescheduled tour and the rescheduled date must be within 3 months of the original reservation.

If you request to reschedule your reservation 13 days or less than your tour date, then this will be considered a cancellation, and fall under our cancellation guidelines below.
Final payment and final guest count for private tours are due 7 days out from your actual tour date.

If cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the date of the reservation then you will be provided a gift certificate which must be redeemed within 3 months of the original reservation date for a tour of similar or lesser value. You will only have ONE opportunity to schedule using the gift certificate.

If cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to the date of the scheduled tour, there will be NO refund of the $300 deposit used to hold your reservation.

If cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to the date of the scheduled tour in whole or in part, each seat canceled is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

If cancellation is made less than 4 days prior to the date of the scheduled tour in whole or in part, each seat canceled is subject to a 100% cancellation fee. No refund will be provided.

If you extend the tour beyond the predetermined time-frame (generally 4.5 to 5 hours,) including starting the tour late for any reason, additional time is billed at 62.50/half hour.

$200.00 reservation deposit will become the security/sanitation deposit. If there is any damage, bodily fluids, or excessive cleaning required on any bus or vehicle used during the tour, the sanitation deposit will not be refunded and will be applied to cleaning costs.

If you or your guest assigned to the tour you booked, causes any permanent damage to the vehicle, the passenger and/or host is responsible for and will be billed for the cost of repairs or replacement.

If you or any of your guests arrive for the tour intoxicated then you will be unable to participate in the tour, and you will not be refunded. The Arizona Brewery Tours guide/driver will determine what is considered intoxicated at his/her discretion.

If you or your guests become over-intoxicated or unruly while on the tour, you may be asked to leave the tour without a refund. If you are not allowed back on the tour vehicle, a conveyance will be arranged for you and then you will be responsible for any costs incurred to get to your destination of drop off location The Arizona Brewery Tours guide/driver will determine what is considered unruly or intoxicated at his/her discretion.

Please do not attempt to drive after participating in any Brewery Tour offered by Arizona Brewery Tours. Arizona Brewery Tours does not guarantee parking at any of its designated pickups and is not responsible for any damage, theft, tickets, or towing which resulted from parking at or near the designated pickups.

Itinerary modification by Arizona Brewery Tours:
There are times where our brewery tour itineraries are modified based on the best selection of beers, availability, or resources at the breweries for that day. Reasons for changes may also include but are not limited to: Power outage, natural disaster, staffing, no house beer or traffic.
